Salary ranges are not a guaranteed promise of payment. Actual salaries are determined by merit, your skills and experience, how quickly you learn, and how fast you progress in your role.

• First 90 Days (Apprenticeship/Trial/Training): $16-20/hr depending on your abilities/training needed. You must at least have basic knowledge and mechanical aptitude.

• At 90 days: Trainee meets with management to evaluate and determine best path forward.

• After 90 days: Salary Range: $41,600 - $105,000+ annually

• The more diversified your skills and abilities are, the higher your pay will be.

• There is a lot of room for growth, and you can progress as fast as you are able.

• Be able to pass a DOT medical screening

• Have reliable transportation to our shop in White Marsh, Maryland. (Transportation to and from job sites is provided.)
