Salary ranges are not a guaranteed promise of payment. Actual salaries are determined by merit, your skills and experience, how quickly you learn, and how fast you progress in your role.
First 90 Days (Apprenticeship/Trial/Training): $16-20/hr depending on your abilities/training needed. You must at least have basic knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
At 90 days: Trainee meets with management to evaluate and determine best path forward.
After 90 days: Salary Range: $41,600 - $105,000+ annually
The more diversified your skills and abilities are, the higher your pay will be.
There is a lot of room for growth, and you can progress as fast as you are able.

ALL APPLICANTS must:
Have good demonstrable mechanical aptitude and skills
Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
Be able to pass a DOT medical screening
Have reliable transportation to our shop in White Marsh, Maryland. (Transportation to and from job sites is provided.)
Installation Helpers
Assist with the installation of all types of automotive shop equipment such as automotive lifts, air compressors, exhaust removal systems, air piping systems, wheel service equipment, lubrication equipment & lube systems, and more. Helpers also assist with automotive lift deactivations & removals, and occasional concrete work.
Service Technicians
Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair all types of automotive shop equipment such as automotive lifts, air compressors, exhaust removal systems, air piping systems, wheel service equipment, lubrication equipment & lube systems, and more.
Building Technicians
Maintain, repair, installation and construction of commercial building exteriors, interiors and canopies and related components and systems. Including but not limited to all aspects of exterior and interior finishes, structural components, roof systems, storefront systems and doors, metal doors, simple plumbing, electrical, pneumatic and control system repairs.
