RATES and POLICIES *

LABOR RATES We charge for work in 15-minute blocks. You’ll pay for the time our team spends, even if the job isn’t finished during that visit (like when we’re figuring out what’s wrong). You’ll also pay for time spent on temporary fixes. Payment is due daily for all charges. • Technician: $115.00 per hour • Helper: $60.00 per hour TRAVEL TIME We charge for the time it takes to travel. Travel time includes: • Driving to your location from our last stop or our shop • Picking up supplies or loading equipment for your job • Driving back to our shop after your job if it’s the last of the day or an emergency call • Leaving your site to get supplies and returning • A 10% extra fee is added to travel time on all service and installation tickets. OVERTIME LABOR RATES Our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If work happens outside these hours (but not on holidays), you’ll pay 1.5 times the regular rates. EMERGENCY & HOLIDAY LABOR RATES If you need us in an emergency, the rate is 1.5 times the regular rate, including weekends. There’s a minimum charge of 3 hours. • If you call us during regular hours and we have to pull a tech from another job, the same 3-hour minimum applies. • Holiday calls cost double the regular rates, with a 3-hour minimum. MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT We’ll charge for any materials or equipment used. Extra fees like supplies, tolls, and environmental charges may apply. We might also add a fuel fee. SCHEDULING & ETAs We do our best to schedule regular service calls, but things can change. Emergency calls or other priorities might adjust the schedule.
